About Trust When Working With Other People

I have this issue where I usually don't trust other people when working with them. From my past experiences, most people only do the bare minimum to get paid. They aren't interested in doing quality and genuine work, they aren't interested in improving things, they just want money.

Because of that, I'm usually very individualistic and don't want to work with others because I'm expecting others to be incompetent. But, at the same time, I still need to work with others because I cannot do everything by myself.

I just want your thoughts about this.
