Younger Brother Met With An Accident

Hi, my younger brother met with an accident last month. Luckily, his life was saved, and he was left with minor injuries. He is undergoing motor vehicle accident treatment from Oakville and is recovering right now. Is there anything in particular that we should notice in order to make him cure faster? What exercises should he do? Please share guys.
