How do i resolve the issue of assigning meanings to everything i experience in life?

I just recently became more aware of how i have identified myself with everything in a positive or negative way from start of my life to even now. I've never learned to see everything as how it is but always assigned certain meanings to it. At the start it was borrowed from other people which established my belief system about myself and everything else basically what i think i am and now even if I'm aware of that i still keep having opinions and putting meanings and labeling it, about everything i experience in life. How do i experience instead of reacting to experience?

Is it impossible to not react while being alive? Is the best i can do is being aware of it instantly after reacting to it?

Actually it seems like wanting to stop giving meaning to everything was due to the thought that it's not right to do or its bad so which again is giving a meaning to it by default. So i thought I'll acknowledge it and just be aware of it while it happens so i look at it the way it is as well as the way I'm giving a meaning to it.
