My first shroom trip tips please

Hey guys!

I'm going to canada and definitely want to do shrooms. I am thinking of ordering the Goldern Teacher.

My goal is to self actualize and become more loving and deal with my lust for women, my studies and money

In my research, the best thing they suggest is tea?

Could you guys please give me your input as to what's the best way to go about it?

couple of questions:

- What shroom to buy?

- Can I have it in my room?

- Should I be listening to some lecture from leo, alan watts or ram dass?

- what to do about the puking thing?

anything else I should be aware of?

Golden teachers are a good one to start with, cubensis is the main strain that grows naturally here in the Great White North. 

Yep you can take them in your room, sometimes I spend the entire trip in my room with earplugs in just focused on whatever my intention was going into it. It is good to be in a place where you can be with what comes up without much distraction.

Reseach as much as you can before taking them. Have much clarity on what your intention is going into it, becoming more loving is a good one. 

Yep making it into a tea is the best thing to do for the upset stomach, mix it with a herbal tea like ginger which calms the stomach.
