Why are they sleeping like that? 

I feel bad for them. They should be provided temporary mattresses to sleep on. It's just so unpleasant to sleep on the floor like a pile of scattered bodies. 

Plus the Covid situation means there should be some social distancing. 

I wish things were better for these men putting in so much for the security of the nation. 

Shame on the attackers of the capitol. They have created so much suffering now.

@abrakamowse Yes but since they have weapons with real ammo, they would have 3 choices:

1. Do nothing.

2. Kill them all, several hundreds of people.

3. Only kill a few. But that would mean the mob breaches.

But in reality, if they shoot a few rounds then the whole mob will flee.

Or in really real reality: the mob doesn't dare to get even close them in the first place.
