In doing research these herbs/drugs are the most common and most used that aid in Lucid Dreaming. Anyone have any experience with any of these these? Or do you know any other herbs/drugs not listed here that would aid in lucid dreaming and dream retention?

Step 1: Smoke weed 3-4 times everyday for a month straight.

Step 2: Stop cold turkey.

Step 3: Enjoy your dreams.

I like galatamine but you have to experiment with it. Use it during Wbtb, but if you take too much you can end up too wired to go back to sleep or with a headache.

Dream leaf is good if you follow the instructions of use. This also is used for WBTB

Try taking 5-htp before bed for more vivid dreams.

Go to bed with empty stomach to increase vividness.

Heard that some bach flower remedies could be useful in this. May be worth your research

I bought these capsules a while back called claridream pro. There’s a website. Bought them no faffing about researching different herbs and that, tried them and they were spot on worked pretty much exactly as stated. Well for me anyway. For the couple of months I used them my dreams were amazing, vivid, and encountered many lucid dreams during usage. Could remember them like I remember any other real memory too. So whatever it was that was in them capsules definitely done the business
