bucket list & life purpose

would creating a bucket list help me find my life purpose ?

I keep thinking about this question every day about what I want to my life purpose to be, I completed the life purpose but I don't yet understand what I wanted to do for the rest of my life what I want to master et cetera

First of all, tell us how you have advanced since your last thread. Have you applied our advice?

Done the shamanic breathing yet?

Done the Ikigai yet?

Done Nahm's dreamboard yet?

*Btw, I actually created a digital worksheet for the Ikigai some time ago, which you can print and fill out. Might as well provide you with it.

@SirVladimir bro the ikigai board is not easy, you can conceptualize for decades about this, even though it's amazing stuff

shamanic breathing i'm a bit scared of what i'll see (this is a belief that i'll see some horror stuff but a belief nonetheless)

nahm's dreamboard i keep coming back to, it's not easy bro

Yes, and on top of making a bucket list, you might want to do a couple of visualizations, or guided meditations about how your life would end, and what you can achieve with so much energy. Visualize the ending of your life, and start the bucket list at the end. Some other day, do a life visualization, see yourself with so much energy you can take massive action across the board.

Don't forget to re-commit. Keep re-committing to your vision. Or see the next evolution of your life purpose, if there's a possibility to evolve in your niche, similar to your niche or some different area of your life. Maybe see where you are in your mastery process?

The diagram's design is pretty good. Was it inspired by Eben Pagan's entrepreneur business modal? I've seen him use this approach to developing creativity in business.

@Danioover9000 I honestly don't know. The Ikigai is an age-old japanese diagram. I just converted it into a clear file because I couldn't find one myself.

@SirVladimir I have never read any, nor has the Ikigai led to discovering my lp. It can be useful if you already have a clue but may very well end up being yet another clue itself.

I wrote a very long bucket list years ago and it didn't really help me realize my life purpose. It can help you find out your top 10 values though, and get to know what you really want out of life, and what motivates you.

Maybe use your bucket list to find out what you deeply value.
