Order or Chaos?

I mean in the ultimate sense. Is God ultimately ordered or chaotic?

Infinite intelligence implies that it's both ways at the same time, but is infinite intelligence itself ordered or chaotic? We might as well ask; Is there a plan for the universe?

What is order? And what is chaos?

@Gesundheit materialist paradigm vs the idealist paradigm.  

You can become directly conscious that reality is a giant Mind.  Therefore it is designing this reality.   Why wouldn't it?

If you were infinitely intelligent and responsible for this reality wouldn't you design the greatest realty possible? Well...here we are!

 Chaos is finite .  Chaos cannot break through to infinity otherwise it would stop being chaos and become order.

I know from experience that everything is predetermined. But it's not "planned".

Both and transcendent.

God's "chaos" its infinite creative potentiality.

God's "order" its pulling out a finite, defined and perfectly ordered dream/reality out of that potentiality.
