LSD and animal consciousness

Any idea what would happen if you'd give lsd, let's say to some animals? Would it raise their consciousness to the level when they would recognize themselves within the mirror (within the species that are unable to do that?). Just a wonder

@wesyasz There’s simply no way to find out, because we can’t ask the animal. All the brain scans in the world wouldn’t confirm what the experience of the animal is. The only way we can know is by hearing the animal’s answer, which of course isn’t possible.
