Yoga routines recomendation ??

Hey, guys! What's up ? Hope you are all fine :)

So, i am creating an spiritual practice routine for me, and i want some Yoga exercises that are good to balance all chakras! PS: I don't want to follow the path of Yogis, so i am not interested in studiyng the science or mechanics behind it, just want some good practice :)

Any recomendations ??

PRANAYAMA!

1. BHASTRIKA

2. KAPALBHATI

3. ANULOM-VILOM 

5 minutes each one, you can even start with 2-3 minutes each, and then consecutively increase the time duration.

This man's got very good informative and detailed practice videos on YT, you can check him out.
