Day 40-29.01.2021

My successes from today:

•I got up at 7o’clock and went under a cold shower

•I meditated for 10min after breakfast 

•I did every exercise for school for Friday

•I followed up on my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•I reread a chapter in the self help book I’m reading

•I meditated for 30min yesterday 

What did I learn today?

•I learned that it’s good to be a little bit discontent with life because it helps you to make it better

What could I do better tomorrow?

•I could train while watching YouTube or Netflix

My successes from today:

•I got up at 9am instead of 10am

•I meditated for 10min after breakfast 

•I followed up on my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•I studied for an hour about procrastination 

•I did a 10min meditation yesterday 

•I bought some food

•I ate all 3 meals

What did I learn today?

•I learned that the mind resists of changes

•I learned that the Sedona method helps against procrastination 

•I learned that my mind, my body and the people try to keep homeostasis 

•I learned that small efficient changes could change my life through snowballing

What can I do better tomorrow?

•if I procrastinate I’ll use the Sedona method

•when I make a change in my life I will expect that it will be hard because my mind resists

• I could do the exercises for my shoulder also at morning 

What are my goals for tomorrow?

1. Meditate for 10min after breakfast 

2. follow up on my shoulder mobility routine 

3.study for an hour about mindfulness or procrastination

•I am trying a new system of planning my school exercises that allows me to have more repetition during the week

•I followed up on my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•I studied today for 1h about mindfulness 

•I did a 30min meditation yesterday

•I am so unease because I use so much my smartphone and because I spend very few time being alone

•I should do more mindfulness and spiritual work

•I should write on a piece of paper that I want to write a to do list

•I need to renounce my life because I’m doing too much things

•I need time at the morning to strategise for the day

•I did some exercises for school today

•I followed up on my shoulder mobility routine

•I studied for an hourabout how to decrease my display time on smartphone 

•I meditated for 30min at yesterday evening 

What did I learn today?

•I learned that social media is using my attention for money

•I need to decrease the time I‘m on mobile phone for 20%
•I learned what is going on in the brain while using social media 

What could I do better tomorrow?

•I should make a plan about my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•I will decrease the time I‘m on social media for 20%(5h36min a day)

•When I want to use more social media I get consious about 2 facts:

1. The thing that wants to force me to social media is just an emotional cocktail 

2. Social media is using this cocktail to slave me for money without an advantage for me

•I‘m writing an entry for this journal

•I was just for 3h and 37min on my phone

•I learned that I should allow the feeling of negative thoughts

•I learned that I should do affirmation and visualisation to influence my thoughts

•if I realize that I‘m feeling bad than I just allow and observe the emotion

•I ask in my class group if we have online conferences

My successes from today:

•I got up at 9:15pm

•I studied for an hour about nutrition 

•I trained running for 10min

•I meditated yesterday for 30min and did the sleep meditation 

What did I learn today?

•I learned that I should find out how many calories I need to eat for the day

•I learned that I should eat 30% fat, 1-2g proteins for 1kg of body weight and the other things should be carbohydrates and vegetables 

•I learned that I should have more challenges to get mentally strong 

What can I do better tomorrow?

•I should do in my breaks my shoulder rehabilitation program 

What are my goals for tomorrow?

•meditate for 10min after breakfast 

•do 3-4 1-1,5h sessions for school

•follow up on my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•study at least for an hour

take 1,5h me time before going to sleep

What am I thankful for?

•I’m thankful for having weekend because it’s very relaxing

Day 53-11.02.2021

Lol, I skipped for 4 days. Now it‘s time for getting back on track. So I think I‘ll change the structure a bit to be more flexible with it. I‘ll ask me some questions that could help me in life. 
1. What are 3 challenges in my life?

• I‘m really stressed at school and I don’t have the Energy to do things after it

•I have a really bad nutrition right now

•I don‘t follow up up on my habits because of bad timemanagement

2. How do I feel about it?

• so it‘s really stressful during school and  after school I feel just lost and a desire for distraction 

• before I eat bad stuff I feel a strong desire for this dopamine feeling,  during eating this stuff I feel like a dopamine bomb and after eating I‘m feeling very happy at but then I’m feeling sad, fat and tired

• so it feels like sadness and lack of energy, also it puts me under pressure and I’m feeling helpless

Why does it feel so?

•I’m feeling in this way because I just try to speed up my learning and because I’m thinking of the next tasks and about the stuff that I want to do in the afternoon 

•I’m feeling in this way because of the pain from the first problem. During the meal I’m feeling this way because the brain gives me dopamine for this and after the meal I’m feeling this way because I’ve eaten this bad stuff that hurt my body

•I’m feeling in this way because I’m stressed out from school and because I’m unclear in what I want to accomplish and have high expectations 

What can I do about it? (3 action steps)

•1.Problem:

1. I take 1-2 hours after school off. First I do a 20min powernap then I watch a series then I do a ,,positive” routine like sport, meditation, breathing technique or listening to music.

2. Set exact limits for subjects. Work with timetable and end with working after 2pm.

3.Use the Pomodoro technique and observe thoughts during the breaks

•2.Problem:

1. Start a new good nutrition routine every week.

2. Drink 2 litres of water every day

3. Study about nutrition and create a plan for nutrition routines

•3. Problem:

1. Before I start with studying I’ll make a plan for every habit I want to do this day

2. During doing the habit I’ll put my focus just on the habit

3.I take some time to reconstruct my scedule

Day 55-13.02.2021

How could I embody my new Me tomorrow?

First I should wake up and be excited for the day because I have a big why. Then I should jump out of bed and drink some water. After that I should meditate for some time and do a mobility routine. Also I should do some affirmation.

Then I should start to watch a replay of a seminar. After breakfast I would do an exercise for physics and after that I would exercise (strength, dancing and soccer). After exercising I would take a break and review my yu gi oh cards, watch a YouTube video or be by myself. During the day I would take some time to play Yugioh with my little brother and to study about nutrition because it’s the right way to my purpose. Then I would take a break again for playing a video game. After that I would watch a stream of a person I look up to and train some cutting skills.

After that I would calm down by reading a book, being by myself and doing a meditation.

Day 56-14.02.2021

How could I embody my new Me tomorrow?

First I would get up at 7 o‘clock full of energy because I have a strong why. After that I would eat breakfast mindfully and I would do a 20min meditation after that to get in the present moment for the day. Till 2pm I would do school exercises with the Pomodoro technique. In the breaks I would review my you gi oh cards, listen to my thoughts or to music. During the time I would be present in the moment and I would have a feeling of easiness and richness because I’m in my dream future. After 2pm I would do sport and during the time I would feel fulfilled because I’m following my passion. Also I would try to get the best result possible. After doing Sport I would take a break and do for an 1-2hoirs whatever I want. After that I would study for the rest of the day. During this time I trust my intuition and study whatever I would like to know. Also I would Set a specific goal for my health. At 8pm I would start my evening routine to have a good sleep. During this time I would meditate, read a book, spend time with my self and journal. By going to sleep I would just fall into the bed and sleep in because it was a wonderful day.

Day 71-01.03.2021

Finally I‘m back after pausing for 14 days. I have to be honest that I was too lazy and I had some problems with my YouTube addiction so I had to prioritise.

But I‘m here right now and that’s what matters. I think I will write something for 30min to do some planning or reflection and relaxation in the evening.

Today I want to update my goals and write them down. 
So my top 4 goals:

1. When my soccer training starts again,I will be able to play soccer again and I will have enough endurance to last the whole training.

2. Lately in July I will have finished 5 cutted videos to train video cutting.

3. At the end of the school year I will have 5x1, 1x4, 8x2 on my school report.

4. Lately in August I will wake up and be energised for the day.

What are the systems to reach the goals:

1.goal:

•rehabilitation training every day

•running practise every second day

•stretching every day

•follow up on the nutrition plan every day

2. goal:

•do at least 30-60min a day videocutting

•watch cutting tutorials and learn from other good cutters for at least 2-3h a week

3.goal:

•organise a system that plans my tasks every day 

•do every day some tasks

•spend at least 2 hours a day on studying

•learn about more efficient systems every week for 2hours

4.goal:

•sleep for at least 7 hours a day

• meditate after getting up and before going to sleep for 20-30min

• take 2 hours before going to bed and do positive routines that make me sleep better and train me for the next day

• create a powerful morning routine to prepare me for the day

Day 72-02.03.2021 

So today I want to prioritise these systems:

1. Rehabilitation training every day

2. sleep for at least 7 hours a day

3. meditate after getting up and before going to sleep for 20-30min

4. study for 1-2hours every day 

4.5 Get your mind refreshed after school

5.do evening routine

6.do morning routine

7. organise a system for planning tasks every day 

8. do at least 30-60min of video cutting 

9. do running exercise every second day 

10. Do stretching every day

11. Follow up on my nutrition plan every day 

So I have prioritised the systems I wanted and now I should implement them in my life. The first 4 systems I have implemented in my life before. In the next days I would like to focus on the system 4.5. So now I need a new question but I don’t know what I could ask me. So I just ask this question:

What is the best question I could ask me?

•What could I do to follow my passion tomorrow?

•What is the best way to influence me to live my full potential?

•What could I do to live my dreams right now?

•What could be the best meal plan for me?

•What would make the progress to my goals more efficient?

What is the best way to influence me to live on my full potential?

• I could implement the principles from think and grow rich into my life

• So I should do affirmations

• I also should read books and implement them into my life

What could I do to follow my passion tomorrow?

• I think I should create a meal plan after school. So that would be my goal for tomorrow. Then I also could tidy up my room for at least 10min. And maybe as a third mini goal I could work on my video how long I want.

 

•Also I should do my rehabilitation program. After school I should refresh my mind with a walk or a power nap.

What should I look for by creating my meal plan?

• I just need 2100 calories per day

•I should eat 120g of protein every day

•I should eat 80g fat and 210g carbohydrates

Day 78-07.03.2021

Today I made a decision: I want to do a 90 day break from gaming. Right now I have my goals and gaming is in this time not part of it. So I want to pause it for 90 days until summer the 5th of June. During this time I want to start fixing my problems in life and Gaming is a big distraction. 
Some of my tools to help me are: 

•Goals

•Activities to replace it

 -> videocutting(improving), sport (improving and getting in the moment)

  -> meditation,power nap or walks to recover

I‘ll add more tools to help me during this time.

That‘s the first thing. The next thing is that I want to start a videocutting entertaining channel. I‘ve started to do my first video but I realised that I procrastinate so I want to set a deadline first: I‘ll finish my first YouTube video latest on the 31th of march. The first step is that I‘ll need to install a video downloader and then I have to download the material I need. 
The last thing is my sports goal. The sports goal is also a reason to quit gaming because I‘m gaming the whole afternoon and forget to do my rehabilitation program. So that’s the thing.

Day 79-08.03.2021

Today was day one of my gaming detox, 89 days left, uff this feels like pretty much. But it was easy today because I don’t play often video games on Monday. 
My training was interesting today because I did 2 push ups for the first time after some days or weeks and I did high aasisted pistol squads. I also realised that training is a lot more exciting if I set goals for every drill. Tomorrow I just want to run for 11min (last Friday I lasted for 10min). My greater goal is to last for 30min. And on Wednesday I‘ll do strength exercises again. Now I want to list these goals for the next session:

• do 3 push ups

•do 1 less high assisted pistol squad per leg

•do 11 knee push ups

•do 10 high assisted pistol squad per lag

•Lift 11 times every leg from push up position

• do 20 squads

•Lift 11 times every leg to the elbow in push up position

•do 10 reps lateral movement with elastic bands

•Lift 11 times every leg to chest from push up position

•do 10 reps linear movement with elastic band

• do 11 hip lifts from side plank position

 Another interesting thing is that I bought the book 7 Habits of highly effective people Teens Edition today. It‘s really interesting but I realised that I need to take notes on everything I want to put in practice and to make a to do list. 
Also I wanted to note that I really struggle with nutrition right now.

Day 80-09.03.2021

Today was a hard day. I forgot to send my assignments to my teachers and I got bad grades. Also it‘s really hard because my progress is so slow. But I won‘t give up because I don‘t want to go back. So I do an exercise from an idol of me. I have to list my top 5 or more strengths and weaknesses and then I have to fix my weaknesses step by step.

My strengths:

•I‘m good at maths 

•I‘m really optimistic 

My weaknesses:

•I‘ve been really unorganised until now

•I haven’t been really good at videocutting until now

•I‘ve been bad at economics until now

•I weren’t able to do sport because of my shoulder until now

•I have been bad at biology and history until now

•My soccer technique has been really bad until now

•My soccer technique has been really bad until now 

What I‘m gonna do about it?

•I‘ll research about organisation and timemanagement for an hour tomorrow 

•I‘ll train with my goals from yesterday

•I‘ll tidy up my room for 30min

•I‘ll select the clips I wanna use for my video tomorrow
