Note: Today I did my shoulder mobility routine again. After finishing my shoulder felt very bad so I didn’t repeat it like I planned yesterday. Also I hadn’t accomplished any result in the last 2-3 weeks of doing it. So today I redesigned it and I decided to build the momentum for it slower.

Goals for tomorrow:

1. Do 10min meditation

2. Do 9min visualisation 

3. do 5min affirmation

4. write to do list

5. do 1st exercise from my shoulder routine with 1 repetition 

6. do 7min arts

7. do English technique

8. study 20min maths

9. choose a new soccer game to watch and watch 15min of it, also take notes on tactical stuff the winger did

10. do 30min Goalwork (I totally forgot about that in the last days)

11. write an entry into this journal

So yesterday was the first day I missed since I’ve started this journal. But I’m proud of me that I’ve kept it for 24 days straight. So just go on and beat the streak.

Day 28-17.1.2021

So today I’ll start a new structure for this journal:

1. My successes from today:

•I got up at 8:30am instead of 9:30am

• I went under cold shower

• I did a 10min meditation 

•I did a 10min visualisation

• I read all my goals and I did 5min affirmations

• I did 14min arts

• I trained my English 

• I studied 28min maths and 4min history 

• I watched a soccer game for 15min and took notes

• I read a book for a long time

• I developed a new structure for this journal

•I followed up my shoulder rehabilitation program 

• I wrote a To Do list

My learnings:

• there are constructive and destructive thoughts

• the view on a situation could change my emotions 

• limiting beliefs hold me back from success

Optimizations for tomorrow:

• if I feel bad I should accept the situation and change my prospective

What am I greatfull for and why?

1. I am great full for this forum and the possibility to create journals here, because it really motivates me to know that there are other people out there like me. Also there are people who are a lot smarter than me and can give me Tipps for my live.

2. I am greatfull for living in a country like Germany because the life here is a lot more comfortable than in other countries. Also because of the opportunities I have here.

3. I am greatfull for having homeschooling because right now I have so much time to study the things I’m really passionate about and to relax a lot by doing nothing or listening to music

Day 29-18.1.2021

My successes for today:

•I got up at 7am

•I went under a cold shower and it was almost comfortable 

• I meditated for 10min

•I did a 10min breathing session of Wim Hof

•I did a 10min visualisation 

•I read all my goals

•I did 5min affirmation

• I did every exercise from school for today

• I broke my procrastination and followed up on my routine 

• I did 15min drawing

• I did the English technique 

• I watched for 15min a soccer game and I took notes

• I studied for 28min maths and for 6min history 

• I worked with my book

•I’m writing an entry for this journal 

What did I learn today:

• I need to find my truest values so I can live authentically 

• I learned how to proof the Pythagorean theorem so I can use to solve mathematical problems 

• I learned a bit about the fight in the east in ww2 so I have more clarity about this prospective 

What could I better tomorrow?

• I should write a to do list after the morning routine

• after school I should take the prospective to use my free time properly and also to relax the mind

•when I’m procrastinating I should use Sedona’s method

What am I thankful for and why?

1. I am thankful for having the opportunity to read books because the smartest people in the world shared their knowledge to give the opportunity of applying it. It’s awesome to have the possibility to transform my life.

2. I am thankful for going to school because I have the chance of learning and growing for free. Other persons are spending so much of their time to help us to grow. 
3. I am thankful for having a smartphone because it gives so much cool stuff. I have the possibility to chat with other people without seeing them and to learn from people I’ve never seen in real life.

Day 30-19.1.2021

Feels amazing to keep this journal for almost a month. It’s awesome that I can do so much more things without feeling exhausted. 
My successes for today:

•got up at 7 o’clock and went under a cold shower

•did a 10min meditation

• did a 10min visualisation

• read my goals for the year

•did 5min affirmations 

•pushed through all exercises for today although it was difficult 

•got to my physiotherapist

•followed up on my shoulder rehabilitation program 

•did 15 min arts

• I realized how much my drawing skills got better by copying sth from my geography book, so I think, I’ve took a good technique 

• I did my English technique 

• I watched a soccer game and took notes

• I studied 28min maths and I got better with Pythagorean’s theorem 

•I studied history for 8min and started to watch a documentary about ww2

•I worked on the self help book I’m reading 

What did I learn?

•With 2min breaks I’m starting to feel stressed after some time

• I can use the Pythagorean theorem on much more than triangles 

• the ,,Volkssturm” in 1945 was ineffective at all

What could I do better tomorrow?

•I’ve put a reminder on my table to write a to do list 

•I’ll try to work with 28-5-28-5-28-25-Repeat(in min) rhythm

1. I am thankful for having the capability for following up to this routines. Because I know how it is to not accomplish even one of this things. Thank you so much mind!

2. I am thankful for having the opportunity to watch all these documentaries about science and history. It‘s so much knowledge which is presented in epic ways.

3. I am thankful for finding actualized.org because before I‘ve found it I was really depressed. Then I learned how to build these routines. Thank you Leo!

•My biggest problems are my bad sleep and that I‘m a bit uncalm

• If I have a destructive thought spiral I should consider to change the prospective I‘m looking for

•During my breaks I could do some shoulder exercises

My successes for today:

• I got up at 7am

•I went to my physiotherapist

•I watched for 15min a soccer game

•I studied for 12min history 

•I pushed through my routines although I was really exhausted 

•I’m writing an entry into this journal 

What did I learn today?

•I learned that my routine is really exhausting me

•I learned how to calculate the height of a isosceles triangle 

• I learned that in January 1945 the Allies bombed Berlin to beat the Gouvernement of Germany and to make them giving up but it didn’t work

•research about sleep or mindfulness 

What do I want to do tomorrow?

•I learned for 40min about mindfulness and meditation 

•I visited the maths seminar

What did I learn today?

•I’m trying too much at once without priorisation

•in the last time I was a really extreme person and didn’t enjoy life

•I need to calm my mind and to stop with identifying with my thoughts so much

•I should focus on one thing and bring it into my life and then do the next thing

What could I optimise?

•I need to slow down

•I keep my meditation practice and my shoulder meditation program

•the other things I throw away first

My goals for tomorrow:

1.meditate for 10min

2. study meditation for at least 30min

3. Before going to bed:meditate for 30min

What am I thankful for?

1. I am thankful for the learnings from today because they’ve shown me that I can relax and accomplish better.

2. I am thankful for having started to play Horizon Zero Dawn again( I know, you think, it’s going down with him, but trust me it’s not) because it was so much fun

3. I am thankful for having weekend because I can use the time to relax.

•I got up at 9am and not at 9:30am when my maths seminar started 

•I did a maths seminar from 9:30-16:45(with some breaks)

•I meditated for 30min today

•I’m writing an entry to this journal 

What did I learn?

•I learned how to use the pigeonhole principle and some geometric theorems

What could I optimise?

•I could write these entries before my evening meditation 

What are my goals for tomorrow?

1. Get up at 8pm

2. Meditate for 10min

3. get punctual to the math seminar 

4.meditate for 30min

5. write an entry for this journal 

What am I thankful for?

1. I am thankful for having reduced my milestone goals because my life feels so much better now.

2. I am thankful for living in a country like Germany because we have enough food to survive and we can live in a house where I can have an own room because it feels like luxury.

3. I am thankful for having done my meditation because I’mfeeling more relaxed right now.

•I learned that I should let my thoughts happen but not be attached to them during meditation

What did I learn today?

  • I learned that telling myself:"I am not my body.I am not my mind" could help me to sleep better

  • I could plan my whole shoulder rehabilitation programm for tomorrow

What are my goals for tomorrow?

  1. meditate for 10min after breakfast
  2. plan which shoulder exercises I want to do at which time

  5. visit physiotherapist

What am I thankful for?

  • I am thankful for getting the best grade possible at 4 subjects(maths, physics, biology and PE) because it really saved my life
  • I am thankful for meeting my friends today because it felt so good to see them again 
  • I am thankful for being able to do pushups again because it gives me hope for being able to do sports again

•instead of just watching videos I could do more exercise from my shoulder mobility routine

What am I thankful for and why?

•I am thankful for having this relaxed day where I had sooooo much free time because it’s feeling soooooo good

•I am thankful for starting to keep a commonplace book because it could help me a lot to organise my life

•I am thankful for my physiotherapist because he helps me very much and I can see for the first time progress since I’ve discolated my shoulder
