Learn how to master human relations. I cannot stress this enough. 

Also, learn about law-related stuff that is of importance to your business.

Learn software development, if you can. There are courses on Udemy. You should know the basics, at least.

Yeah, I'm good with code. But I suck at handling people and making them pay properly, aka typical computer nerd issue. I'm also starting to learn a little about budget planning.
