Now this topic is very relevant and it seems to me that it is worth discussing.

Even if it does, literally the whole media creates more division. For example, media focused so much on this case in France where the teacher got beheaded for making fun of Allah. That is not nice, but at the same time period, there were many events in Africa for example, where many more people died, and the media did not give a shit at all. The media does not care about interconnecting the world, it cares about views, islamophobia, shocking people, definitely not about unity.
