Leonardo Da Vinci is one of my favorite artists/creator/inventor ... I didn’t know he used affirmations. So cool.

Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?

Observing myself, I noticed procrastination comes with depression.

When I finally got better and engaged in my life purpose, it completely gone.

Maybe you need to go deeper and find the root of it.

Hey "SS10"!

I think that the ultimate way to stop procrastination is setting aside some time in the day for activities that you do while "procrastinating" (ideally in the evening)

Whether it's surfing online, watching tv mindlessly or doing nothing, we all do something that could be considered a waste of time when procrastinating to do something that actually matters.

Simply schedule some time for "zoning-out". But that's only the first step.

The reason why we procrastinate is because of fear. Fear of not being enough, not knowing enough, not being adequate enough. And also not knowing your "why?"

Whatever you're trying to accomplish, you need to ask yourself this; "Why am I doing this?"

When you answer that question you'll get the power you need to push through that fear and accomplish your goals.

I hope that you stop procrastinating and achieve your goals. 9_9

@SS10 Spend a small amount of time doing that activity everyday. So small that it doesn’t bother you. Then make it a habit.

You'll find that as the weeks go on, you can slowly increase the amount of time you are working everyday. And within a few months, you’ll be comfortable working a good amount of time each day.

In a nutshell, start small and increase slowly over time.

"Not believing your own thoughts, you’re free from the primal desire: the thought that reality should be different than it is. You realise the wordless, the unthinkable. You understand that any mystery is only what you yourself have created. In fact, there’s no mystery. Everything is as clear as day. It’s simple, because there really isn’t anything. There’s only the story appearing now. And not even that.” — Byron Katie
