The book is heavily influenced by Leo and his work. It is a practical guide to turning ones mind off.

I have read half of it, I really like it so far and it inspired me to be in the no-thought-state more which feels great! There are some interesting things you wrote that I would like to discuss later when I have finished reading. Thank you for sharing this book.
