Lack of motivation

Hey, I want to meditate more because I know that's primordial but in others hands, I'm addicted to youtube and I can't put my self to meditate during the day...

I only meditate everyday like 10 to 30 minutes before going to bed but during the day I can't find motivation, do you have tips to help me please ?

You're not addicted to youtube. Try to meditate 1.5-3hrs after the first meal of the day. Motivation requires energy. Meditating before bedtime when you're the least awake and alert is stupid.

It's a belief you're using to self-handicap. Focus on the tips I gave you. You've been trying to meditate when you've depleted all your energy for the day. Of course that demotivates you.

@Gabith jerk off to porn twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Stsrt your day with a big jug of coffe with a sugary bowl of cereal to hook you and fuck with your emotional state giving you fluctuations. Dont  exercise, dont move your body. Do not make your heartbeat go up. Dont break a sweat. 

Dont go out into the sun. And if you do, stay in the shade with your whole body covered with a filthy hoodie and a cap. 

Wear earphones blasting latin music and dont make eye contact with anyone. 

Never again drink water. Do not drink your bodyweight in pounds in oz divided by 2.

Have no friends. Be lonely. Have no interests or love for life. Make sure to top all of this with a negative outlook for life, victim mindset and extreme judgment towards everyone. 

Make sure you get in at least 7+ hours on your couch, only getting up for a snack or soda. Have a pee bottle with a funnel next to your sofa. The technique may be challenging at the beggining, but worth learning since it will save you from inefficient trips to the bathroom. 

Only breathe shallow. Small short spaced out breaths is what you idealy striving for. 

Dont speak with anyone. Do not use your voice. For terms of survival , optimize your vocabulary to yes or no, or idealy nodding your head. Using your voice may make you feel nice, which we want to avoid at all costs.
