Heated Police brutality debate

This is a police brutality debate between Daryl Davis and Dr. Michael Woods Jr. Daryl Davis is a musician who got hundreds of white supremacist's to leave their organizations and renounce racism. Dr. Michael Woods is a retired Baltimore police officer.

I like Michael Woods. Have heard him many times before. He is straightforward. 

I don't have time to watch this full.. But can you tell me, some major points of disagreements. 

(I might watch it later)

I don't think you'll like him anymore, he seems to have changed his views a lot recently.

yea i guess it's an important discussion to have

although i don't know if it's so useful to have this discussion with cops as they're kind of low in the food chain and just generally react to crime etc.

let's say it's true that 8% of the population (black men) commit 50% of violent crime, ok then but what are the reasons for that?

but that's not really the cops job to find out etc.

they don't make policies, they probably don't choose how much training they get etc. it's politicians etc. like for example biden.

but maybe after countless of such discussions the politicians and people in power will listen up, who knows

And yet they advocate agressively enough to occupy the mediatic scene, during the "légaleezation" of cannabis in my province/country for example...
