How do you not internalize the problems in your life?

Title really says it all. But in addition to logically understanding that something isn't you and that it's something you went through, what else can you do to make that realization emotionally sink in (especially if your environment and circumstance is telling you otherwise).

Meditate by observing your thoughts and seeing them as separate to yourself and not YOU. Whilst meditating you could even visualize each of these problems/thoughts as clouds passing you by and allow them to pass without going off on a tangent with them because they're not a part of you.

Meditate regularly like this, or in a similar manner :)

Try to look at it something not as important as it seems.

Focus on your growth and think of the problems as obstacles that shouldn't deserve a lot of your energy or time. Not more than necessary.

Only give a limited amount of time to process and think and reflect on whatever problems you have right now but try to bounce back to normal and immediately seek closure on the said issue and mentally wrap it up like a gift box and then mentally throw this box out of the window.

And then go about with your life.

And remember to be gentle with yourself. I believe that you need a ton of gentleness to be able to feel good.

@soos_mite_ah It's always awareness. Awareness is all there is in many ways. You can become so aware that you're not even sure consciousness exists. Awareness is the first word of experience, from there who knows maybe there's nothing else other than degrees of awareness. My intuition says though that consciousness and awareness are symbiotic, that comparatively awareness is operational and consciousness state based. We transmute awareness via awareness and consciousness via awareness. Thus awareness is actionable and actioned, consciousness, however, experienced and experienced upon; again, comparatively; so there is a blending, subtracting and adding with one to the other, one from the other, one all together. Based on this I conclude awareness and consciousness is all there is here thus all one should be focusing on in tandem.

Mind: There’s a past.

Feeling: No there isn’t.
