@Byun Sean Even the most unconscious person, from an absolute perspective is fully awake.

  • Yes but we don't operate in the Absolute perspective do we. We still have limitations constrained by these human forms. If we did there would be no "we", you would be One, and you wouldn't be living a physical existence anymore.

@Byun Sean We only exist as an absolute, that is all that ever exists. You can be taking a shit on the toilet seat and that will be the absolute.

I mean yeah but you can't deny the reality of the relative either.

This kind of one track mentality is how you get gurus that say "you're already enlightened" to their new students.

Method

Meditator places awareness on Actuality. The meditator may choose to first focus on their hand or local surroundings. The meditator then proceeds to pull their awareness back towards their face/eyes area onto awareness itself. This process is repeated until an awakening experience occurs. During the self-inquiry thoughts, concepts and imagination may arise, which distract the meditator from the present moment.

I think it’s great. One becomes aware of the outward movement of thought story / avoidance, by ‘bringing awareness back home’.

@Byun Sean Relative and Absolute is duality in your mind.

mate.

Most people are living in duality. Your only seeing nonduality from your point of view.

It's a paradox between relative and absolute.

Reality is Infinitely Relative and Infinitely Absolute at the same time.
