I want to explore the hero's journey in detail.

It's 5 am. 

So 12 hours back from this point is that is 5 pm yesterday in the evening. 

So evening hours - like 10 or 12 hours ago.

7 pm will be 10 hours ago. 

So roughly anywhere between 10 to 12 hours ago.

I've been having memory issues for some time now. 

I think because of  lot of the PTSD.
