What Does An Average Day Look Like For You Guys and Gals?

What do you guys do on a day to day basis?

Do you have a schedule or just shoot for certain things you want to get done?

I don't do well with very fixed schedule. In fact, I used to be neurotic about that. I'd put a time to everything I wanted to do, even simple things like brushing my teeth. It backfired.

@The_Alchemist I don't use a schedule. I have things I want to accomplish and do them when most convenient.

Meditation after I wake up. 1 hour minimum.

Read 3-6 hours a day. (Since coronavirus) 

Light workout

Nap in early afternoon

I am working on incorporating a contemplation habit right now as well

Read for 0-3 hours.

Eat a healthy breakfast.

Singing happens in the kitchen.

Walking happens in nature for ~1 hour.

Sometimes sitting and doing nothing under a tree happens.

Hop on a team meeting call.

Do some animation.

Do businessy stuff.

Research psychedelics, religion, and spirituality for 2-6+ hours.

Read for 0-2 hours.

Sleep.

@The_Alchemist I do spiritual techniques several times a day. The remaining time I just waste on recreational videos, plus reading some spiritual books. I live a very sedentary lifestyle. I almost never talk to anyone. And no friends since three years ago. I doubt I could relate to anybody after my awakening last year.

yesterday got up, ate breakfast, watched youtube and entered the forum, did some meditation, went for a walk, got a call about some "bird spectacle in nature" so i went there and watched those birds, they were glorious btw., went home ate dinner, took another walk, watched youtube and streamed some show.

i also take my moms dog for long walks sometimes, sometimes visit friends, sometimes jog etc.

Typical day:

wake up at 10:00

walk dog/feed dog/eat breakfast/bathe/make food for the day/brush teeth

leave for work at 11:30

work from 12:00 to 22:00

get home at 22:30

walk dog/feed dog

do whatever from 23:00 to 2:00

sleep
