Just Listening... Just Looking...

no outgoing commands and actions from you! only inward. all inward. all coming to YOU!

you aren't the DOer at all. you are the receiver of experiences - including the experience of a someone experiencing life.

knowing seeing.

knowing hearing.

knowing touching.

knowing tasting.

knowing smelling.

knowing feeling.

knowing thinking.

not DOING anything. only ever knowing.

 

YOU are watching a thought appear in your being, & you just happen to consider this as yourself talking but you're the one Listening. Just listening to everything going on. You just ARE.

If you're the voice in your head, who's the one listening.

And as the Listen, you can simply just listen... The listener has no mouth, how can an ear talk afterall! You're an ear, you never had a mouth. You are not your thoughts... Or better yet, you're not the THOUGHTS, there's no question of a YOURS. They simply are a different sense occuring, just as you don't control what you see, what you smell - it's automatic! You don't DO seeing, it happens. You don't DO thinking, it too happens.

Let all happen, you just stay LISTENING

& now for the paradox... The thoughts may not be you, but your actions certainly are. They are you. Don't neglect to act when you should... Just stay listening and act only as knowing yourself to be the ONE.
