It looks nice. 

Maybe someone deposited it there 100 years ago. 

It's kinda useless since nothing is written on it. This clearly means it's no ancient artifact or anything historical.

@abrakamowse  I know exactly what it is 

It's a slide meant for Donald Trump for a smooth sliding out of the white house. Since he can't be dragged as he weighs too much, they kept a metal slab hidden in the desert for him. They will need that slab for sliding him out on January 20. 

Don't worry it will be put to good use. 

When he first saw the slide it was too small so he ordered "Make that slab  great again"... So they made it much bigger. 

When they will finally put him on the slab, he will shout "make that slab go away."
