could someone tell me some good books/seminars/youtube channels/movies for nutrition? Thank you in advance.

Can you be more specific about what type of content you're searching for? Or at least your health and/or physique goals? I know some good YouTube channels and podcasts but would like to refine them to your specific interest before just making a random list of every nutrition related channel I follow.

These are the only two channels for nutrition, one will really need.

Books

Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.

Very long book, over 600 pages but this is the single most important book on nutrition in my opinion.

If nothing else, watch this summary.
