Eye Twitching And Eyelid Twitches

My eyelid has been shaking for several days. Why is that? How can I make it stop? is it somehow related to my meditation routine? by the way i don't have any stress as far as i know

Most likely it still has to do with too much cortisol. At least during the moment of twitching. When are you having it. Around your workouts, while waiting for something?
