I don't sure if the book was recommended in this site,

I found it inspiring and fascinating.

For me Its mainly about self actualization.

Did somebody read it or implemented it already ?

Sure, it's about micro business (five people the most), usually single man business that started at home with no budget, just site in the internet and a good idea.

Some of them succeeded immediately. Some failed and changed a few parameters to succeed. 

It's about people who do what they love to do and in the way they wanted it to be.

The main thing is that they started with almost no budget and no professional plans or knowledge.
