If you want a starter hallucinogen then I'd suggest something as mild as chamomile tea which you can order on Amazon. Gives excellent benefits and clarity of mind.

i went and come back from dmt relams quickly. didnt had much insights maybe i didnt exactly perfected the smoking part only tried 3,4 times. all in all it was fun. But i strongly believe there where changes in me after trip. now iam going back to lucy.  if you are starting on the journey i would strongly suggest go with lucy and mush as it is more easy to use and lucy is gentle. smoking part in dmt will be hard for beginers.

A very trivial list of references. I'm surprised why Antigone by Sophocles is not on this list. When I was learning philosophy, my teachers insisted on reading this book. Antigone got into the top of my favorite books and even got the title of the best-written tragedy. The book is not easy to read, so you can use resources such as https://studydriver.com/antigone-essay/ to clarify some points. With the help of these articles, I opened this book in a new light and even discovered that there is an analog of Antigone written by Jean Anuil.
