The mind is way trickier than that, it will look for every way out of suffering or you might just get lost into it.

You know there are a lot of traumatized people who are technically enlightened (in the dark night of the soul), but suffer more as they could have possibly imagined.

Is it possible to wake up? I'm not talking about realize god but about ending the wheel, with the eternal illusion of the mind. The whole reality is a trap, a huge game. All reality is rolling, eternally with no possibility of escape except the real and definitive dissolution, eternal peace, but you have to die, make reality disappear. There is no life or death, just this riddle

Why Maya exist? Maya is madness, a trap. If you wake up maya have to dissapear, Maya is god dreaming, is dreaming right now, I read this 1000 times but it's impossible to understand until you see. If god awakes maya dissapear, there is not Maya and wake up same time, there is not you or me who have to awake, is god, who is sleeping and dreaming. But God is you of course. So those who say that are awake...are you sure? You are still in the dream, only sleepers dreams

I see you failed to understand what I was trying to say..

Of course, I did not mean that literally.  But since I have to spell it out now, what I meant was: 

"become comfortable with discomfort".

 

If you're comfortable doing x, but not y, then learn to be comfortable doing y.  You don't have to literally do y, but you do have to be aware of your discomfort for y, and work towards no longer having this discomfort.  You just have to reach the point where you could do y (e.g. you could go homeless) and be 100% fine with that.  If you can't do that, then you've identified an egoic limitation.  It's that simple.

I didn't think it's such a difficult concept to grasp so I didn't bother spelling it out initially and went for a more attention-grabbing approach, as I tend to do.  I'm still waiting on your "very good advice".
