Yep ur personality and the one you think is you is not real, but you have been conditioned ur whole life by society so it can take alot of time to see through the ego, keep investigate what the I thought points to and feel into it, try to hold it.

Make sure to not make that feeling of "No self" into a new feeling of self. Always dig that "no self" out from the present moment, don't try to remember it.

Nice! Keep probing. If I’s just a thought, how is there a ‘my insight’, how does asking if this is correct make sense, who’s asking, who’s being asked?
