going no where

During the day when I am sitting just staring at the ground zoned out not here im literally no where until I realize im looking at the ground and what just happened. Its as if i just popped out existence. The idea of me is gone completely until im back and remember oh yeah i was just no where. Is this what full conceptual death is and im just not realizing it?

Notice how memory comes and the story is told that you were not there for a moment in time.
