This article shows how utterly massive nutrition is. We are only in the beginning stages of understanding compounds ( phytochemicals, vitamins, amino acids, etc.). And their effect on human health. Very interesting.

 

 

Anecdote: One of the reasons I feel better on a plant-based diet is, I believe, because plants, more than any other organism, produce an abundance of these benificial compounds.
