All that and then he turns around and acts as if his channel is there to convince people to change their view to his.  Bro, you can't constantly use all those labels and expect people to be willing to listen to you.  

In that sense he's a doofus, but I still like his content.  

   I do agree that generalizing a label like fascists and lumping all right wing political groups and members like conservatives, republicans, traditionalists, patriots, nationalists, people who identify as religious, into one group called fascism is simply very extremist on his part. If I'm not mistaken, in a past video Vaush admitted he's  a libertarian socialist, yet here he's claimed as a democratic socialist. Why is his position misidentified here?

Lol he's the absolute worst.  One minute he's like, ok guys we have to be careful how we criticize Biden because I care about educating and convincing people and then literally in the next breath, "All republicans are part of a nazi death cult, they hate black people and they want you to die."  He literally says that stuff, I shake my head every time.  Maybe I'll call into his show and debate him over it, with love of course.

   If someone is comfortable claiming half his/her country is fascists, are they willing to change such a strong judgment? What else are they comfortable with generalizing with extremes? I don't think debating such a person would help significantly with changing that view, as debating in public encourages keeping a position and defending an assertion. If they're open enough to change, great, if not, it's really difficult to change that type of mind.

The thing is I think Vaush would be open to changing his mind, if he was given the right arguments and shown the right rhetorical tools. He seems to have a greater meta-awareness of social issues than many other leftists I've come across. But then again, he does seem pretty heavy into the online leftists "ACAB" etc. world, so who knows.
