Emotional healing in dreamwork (guided induction)

4 posts in this topic

Hello there,

This guided induction will help you to experience emotional healing in your dreams. Using affirmations and visualisation, this video will guide you through the entire dream incubation process. (i.e, attracting a specific type of dream)

Before starting, decide if you would like to dream about something specific, or just leave it up to Love to bring you the emotional healing dream you need the most. Then press play and relax.

You can heal.

Hmm, well if you are lucid you can manifest the wanted scenario directly, but this could perhaps help with that transition. If you are like me, the dreams don't always do our bidding, even when lucid. So listening to this could make the dream machine more pliable towards the idea of an emotional healing scenario. But of course when you are lucid you can just ask to be shown a shadow that needs love, and turn around and there it is.

But don't discount the amazing healing power of non lucid dreams...This track was technically made for those. Just think of any emotional baggage you want to heal, and then listen to the video while relaxing. Preferably before sleep. Marijuana helps, if it doesn't hurt your dream awareness and recall.

Thanks for sharing. I've received a lot of healing through dream work. I basically use them like psychedelic trips. My dreams will be quite vivid but I won't be aware I'm dreaming and be fully committed to the dream. Upon waking up I'll reflect on the vignettes I experienced. Often times they are abstract and metaphorical scenarios created from emotions I'm holding onto. For instance I'll experience missing an exam in university (something I often worried about and repressed when studying) as well as stuff to do with being bullied and bullying in school (resolving emotions from when I was bullied in school and took my emotions out on other students as well). Dreams are good for experience what emotions aren't going fully recognized often in very abstract ways. When my mind is calm I'm then able to integrate it into waking consciousness by contemplating it and ho these dreams relate to what I have experienced before in everyday life.
