I could go on and on and on, the point is, is that 99,99999% of all the stuff society offers to you is a distraction and ultimately detrimental to your physical and mental health.

Not necessarily. Everyone reacts to things in different ways. Just because you dont react to these things in a beneficial way does not mean someone else may not react completely differently.
