Whether you're allowing that experience to come or you're halting that experience. 

That depends on you. How aware you are 

 

Now you need negative experience but in short doses and they should happen quickly so that you have fast growth. 

Now I was thinking about this necklace example and tying it to abundant mindset. 

It's not just about boundaries and barriers and filters and walls. But also standards. 

What sort of a person are you ready to settle with?

To release your inner shadows it's also important to 

 

 

 

Inner wounds. Inner trauma.. Inner child. Inner victim. What do you judge or how do you judge or who do you judge. What are you resisting. Cognitive Biases. 

I was also contemplating about self limiting beliefs.

Insecurity level 

 

Shadow level 

 

 

 

 

 

The situations and events that you attract in life depend on what level you are at in terms of psyche and consciousness.

Consciousness can keep expanding but psyche remains more or less the same. Little changes. 

Awareness level - when you are at a low awareness level you allow all sorts of experiences in your life. 

Karmic level - when you are believing in something strongly, even a self limiting belief, your Karmic level is attracting that situation

 

Insecurity level - when you feel insecure these insecurities also create the circumstances in your life 

Shadow level - when you have shadows you attract situations that force you to confront your shadows

If you are strong enough 

If you are smart enough 

If you are aware enough 

If you have enough mental clarity 

If you are stable enough 

If you are secure enough 

 

 

 

Only then..... You'll stay away from bad situations in life. 

You don't see this vicious cycle and you are trapped in your bubble. 

 

Selfishness makes a person blind.

Also be in a proper cool calm stable matured headspace.

To release the inner shadows see what triggers you and then study your own psyche carefully and release these shadows and then integrate them successfully so that they no longer stay as shadows.

Examples of shadows. 

A money shadow. Maybe you were deprived so you always think money is important. 

Maybe you were never accepted. 

So you go around bullying people. 

Maybe you were never successful 

So you hate successful people 

 

 

Deep down a shadow means something that is hidden deep inside that is indirectly controlling and dictating your behaviors.. 

Once you are aware of these inner elements causing you to be who you are you can openly confront them and be done with them by resolving them. 

Once resolved they no longer have any influence on your behavior. 

Shadows are hidden and submerged deep in your psyche. It takes a lot of time and effort to pull them out and do the confrontation and resolution. 

Almost everyone has some shadow.

  • Childhood experiences 
  • Childhood memories 
  • Parental behaviors and upbringing 
  • Relationships and issues experienced in relationships 
  • Events and situations 
  • Society where you have been raised 
  • Cultural factors

  • Sociopathic tendencies 
  • Ego Manifestations
  • Inability to accept

The diving board. 

When you are at a lower level in your awareness index, you will have a much lower level of a diving board. 

At this level when you jump in to life, or dive into life, you soak in almost all experiences of life, both good and bad. 

But when you raise your awareness of life and world to a much higher level, then, 

You begin to block toxic experiences in your life or limit their damage. 

This is where you are ready to jump into life from a higher diving board. Here you are totally ready to face life and you only allow proper things to happen in your life. In short you take full responsibility and claim your life fully. 

You take full charge of your life and make all decisions very responsibly. You take full control of your life and how you maneuver it 

Symbolism 

A smaller shallow lower diving board means you're not aware and simply flowing with life allowing all sorts of bullshit to happen in your life. 

A higher longer diving board means you're fully prepared to launch yourself into life and you will be fully aware of every situation you encounter and you will do your best to carve a proper self actualized life.
