The west is orange as a culture. But ofcourse you find individuals from all stages. 

The east is blue as a culture. But ironically maximum Turquoise individuals are found there monks and mystics etc.

China is huge, so you would have to put each province into specific Stages. The city of Shenzhen is very techy Orange while the rural areas are more Blue. And thats only China, do the same for Indonesia and youll find some Orange and even some Purple tribes.

This is true, though a lot of monks (whether enlightened or not) are at Stage Blue.
