Who’s fault

Is the patients imaginary storyline always the culprit for  health complications or is it also the Doctors imagination a lot of the time. Cause hey if I wanna dream I’m a dr I need patients that are dying.

I ain't no doctor, but as a patient I can definitely attest to not taking care of health issues on time and then lying to make myself seem more reasonable.
