We all know that habits are the building blocks of our lives and since we are all into personal development we are cultivating good habits. I want you all to share what are some of the good habits you've cultivated after getting into personal development that you're grateful for -

here is my list -

1. I meditate everyday for 40 minutes.

2. I drink green tea & eat oats everyday.

3. I take cold showers.

4. I'm into Nofap.

5. I recently started reading books.

6. I'm practicing gratitude everyday.

7. I excercise regularly.

It would be nice if you shared your good habits, so that people can read and cultivate some of your good habits in their lives too.

1. Meditate daily for 30 min;

2. Train and exercise my body daily;

3. Reading books, watching videos, learning things about life daily

4. Once a week I sit down for an hour or so and create plans for my life and get my shit together;

5. Sleeping well (8-9 hours);

6. Recently, I'm practicing to think in terms of 'Taking responsibility' with your life. Lessening my complaining and in general tweaking  my mindset to think more practically and resourcefully;
