Looks like it's going to be legalized for Clinical use for psilocybin assisted therapy. What this measure won't do is make it so that you can walk into a shop and make a purchase, like you can with weed.

Not only that, Oregon decriminalized simple small-amount possession of all drugs, even cocaine and heroin.

Man 10 years ago this would seem like crazy talk.  Any step forward is better than any step back that’s for sure!

But the psilocybin thing has me excited to be used medicinally since it’s been shown to improve people that have serious depression or any other mental illnesses.  This is awesome!

I really hope they take those sitting in jail for marijuana possession charges out into the free world though.  You can’t forget about them either.

They are not legal for recreational use, only in therapy clinics.

Psilocybin will probably follow in marijuana's footsteps as far as a path to legalization; clinical studies show a good case for medical legalization, shifting the Overton window to open the way for public acceptance of broader legalization across the country.
