Correct me if my reasoning is wrong on this but..

my fiancé told me to start drinking almond milk because cow milk has been through blood and puss removal. However the milk I’m drinking is in a dream that’s all back story has the milk in my hand really Ever existed before I poured it? If you believe in science every time coordinate is technically a new particle you wouldn’t say particle x at position 1 time stamp 1s is the same as the particle x at 2 s in a second position but see all that is just concept and imagination it’s  all being done in a dream .
