A question for the ones in the path of the occult

Hey, Guys, how are you ?  Hope you are all fine

So, i am thinking about starting some practices in High magick -  really interesting path IMO.

But the question is : I am god, i am one with the universe - why using entities to connect with that energy, is that any difference ? isn't it like beeing on a computer when you can be the whole server ? haha

Not judging, just want to understand the difference here.

Yes it's a good question. If there is a divine being you feel close to, and you begin to connect and get to know this being, it may help you a lot. I have a relationship like that with a Goddess, it's truly wonderful, I'm so happy she helps me! When you reach a really high level and the prana feeds you and you have everything you want, then maybe you don't need to ask the divine beings for assistance, but who is at that level? I know 3 teachers who appear to be at that level, but they know about the occult and how powerful it is, both the darkness and the light.

yes, in the end the magician, the magic he performs and the entities he evokes are all part of a greater whole, but even  you deeply know that,  there still a reason for working with beings.
in magic they often function as catalizers for a certain type of energy, wich then, anthropomorphized, is easer to handle for the magician's purpose.
even if you are conscious you are imagining them, you still remain somewhat effected if you vividly immagine Archangel "X" to grant you a certain power.
Of course they are immaginary, but as much as your parents and friends are immaginary. Still you give them the power to effect you, even if just in a subtle way, don't you?

the mechanism is pretty logical. There probably is a moment in wich you get so good at imagining and performing rituals that you will struggle to understand what's real and what isn't, until the duality collapse.

if that interests you then I say go for it! Seriously. 
ultimately you are all of that. But don’t get lost in those beliefs of being god and all. You still are a self. I am a self. Just deep down we know these truths. Which makes this experience beautiful.

There is a difference. Most people here take the path of noSelf. Aka “god”/ “awareness”. Don’t worry, it’s true, however they totally miss “you”! The one with memories and stuff. 
So yes, you can see the infinity of the universe. You will come back here. As a self. That’s where the true fun begins. 

by taking the path of energy work and entities  you are embracing you! You know, you can take that path, and can have realizations about god, self, no self and all. These are all just different paths finding out truths. Some paths show different aspects to it. 
 

I know it’s a little long, I just know there is some dogmatic beliefs so I wanted to help a little. One last thing, Energy work can be very very powerful if done right. Energy does not equal consciousness level, however energy can help purify the unpure. 

oh, one last last thing lol. People here tend to think “I am god, so why should I worship deities?” Right? Well, did you know many spiritual practitioners actually are devotees of gods and gods can actually help you along with your enlightenment experience. Think about it. The Hindu path has all these gods? Why?

When I read this I laugh. I’m sure you know what I’m about to say lol. When people speak of imagination and all they tend to miss and dis-identity with the self. Your friends, family, gods, and all are very real! 
I’m glad you brought this point of realness. 

Lol I used to say stuff like “it’s all imaginary” but I now see the disillusioned self I once was.

Agreed with you, for me both the physical world and the spiritual are very real, the mistake is to split them apart, hahahaha. You miss all the fun stuff

This is kinda where the paths separate a bit. Some paths of energy work deal completely with gods and forget all learning. As gods will actually give you all the knowledge. 
 

some paths study deeply. 
some do spells.

personally I would look into gods(Hindu) or honestly any that call out to you(be it any religion) and find a mantra to chant. I would start there. 
 

each of us will give you a different piece of advice as each of us our doing things our own way. You will discover your own way too. It’s very very individualized. 
 

edit: I’ll give you some examples of paths. 
someone actually go very calm, like my path. I don’t think anymore. I mean I do, but it’s very slow. It just spills out of me. I don’t analyze. 
 

some other gods path may be very and highly analytical like tara’s path. She is the creator of Buddhism. 
 

each god has his or her own path. Lol that’s why I wanted you to research and find the one which fits you best. You should know it’s okay to love many many gods. They help us sooo much. I know many people who go through enlightenment with little to no suffering. Lol the gods love them so much back. 
 

haha when I think of gods now I feel this deep deep love for them. They are always guiding us.

Yes, very much so. Its a different type of energy. Again, entities and gods have different individualized types of energy. Some go deep into the love path. Some do not. Love is just one quality of purity. 
 

Edit: one thing, all your power should come from them, the gods. If you become a true devotee honestly you won’t need any other source. Treat them like your parents. 
 

mmm I would give some little advice. If you ever feel the need give me a pm or post Something. I wouldn’t mind teaching you a few things about gods and goddess. Honestly, it goes very In Depth. 
 

they do need lots of care too. Cause when you actually learn to call them you should take care of them. They eat too. Lol. It’s like you call them to you, you take care of them, and you love each other back so you help each other. It should come from love or a type of purity when you do things for them. 
 

one big piece of advice is stay pure. Just like how there is so much purity on gods there is also a lot of impurity of not good spirts. Be informed, and honestly, I would have no problem you coming and asking for any types of advice or worries/ questions with what you will experience. I’m sure the others would love to assist you as well. Yeah, definitely stay pure.

I recommend SIDDHA PARAM-PARA by Jivanmukti, because the book is alive with energy and has very advanced information about many topics. You could check out her youtube videos to see if you can feel the energy, if not then maybe develop your sensitivity/intuition and return later. It's the only book I know of that is alive and magical, but there are many other good books of course.

Omg, I would love to check that out lol. Honestly, one of my favorite things is feeling people’s purity. Doing this path makes us so much purer. It’s amazingly beautiful lol.

real/unreal is a duality that is functional to our day-to-day task, but when it comes to spirituality, and especially magic, it certainly is an hindrance.

this are full courses with theory, exercises and ritual. i raccommand to research more about the ones you find the most interesting

I practice Kriya Yoga, which has many tecniques that have something to do with moving energy in your body and after my sessions i ALWAYS feel more energized, alert and attentive than when i initially sit, but calmer at the same time. Magic has many exercises of the same kind.
