How to integrate ALL Spiral Dynamics Stages

10 posts in this topic

What is the best way to integrate all the stages in Spiral Dynamics? Namely, Tier 1 stages.

Could it generally be categorized like this?

Beige - Health and Nutrition (meditation, diet etc)

Purple - Friends and (functional + non-toxic) Family

Red - Assertiveness

Blue - Discipline, Values, Purpose

Orange - Success and Financial stability

Green - Compassion for everyone and everything

Yellow - Radical openmindedness, Systems thinking, Grey thinking (not black and white)

The best way is to have an accurate Vision. ;)

I love your list!!! But the best way to integrate them is for Leo to make a course in which he teaches step by step how to embody each stage!!! I would be the first to buy it!

Let’s be realistic, most of us can touch Turquoise’s ass but will probably never fully be Turquoise in our lifetimes.

The list I made serves is hard to solidify by itself, and it serves Turquoise as you’d need a solid foundation to handle Turquoise.

I just added Yellow despite it being Tier 2 as most people that follow Actualized.org hold some Yellow values, but are not fully Yellow and need to integrate lower stages. It can take decades.

You know, you gotta collect all the coloured artefacts and assemble them into the cube so it activates and you basically have unlimited power and can teleport in anywhere within the universe in a span of a nanosecond.

Obviously it's a joke.

How to integrate? Probably by some form of consistent self-dev in the inner and outer spheres of life. It's not gonna be perfect, not in this lifetime, there will people who will throw shit at you and when you make a mistake they will capitalize on it. Not gonna be thinking about how to integrate SD qualities then unfortunately.

For each and everyones set of problems there are unique individual solutions. No need to glorify SD too much. If you are looking for all-in-one solution, that would be conscious death.

Hence the stages in Spiral Dynamics, no?

The better the model, the bigger the problem. It is about the practicality of your life, rather than getting lost in the theory, yes, it is useful, but there is a fine line.

Many problems of life are much broader than a concept, no matter how good. Sometimes there are just solutions that don't need overthinking, analyzing e.c.t., but for some it is useful. I just want to say, don't go all in SD.

@Applegarden

True. A vital principle of mine when doing this work is to only look at theory as an invitation to a new perspective, nothing more.
