When you are playing a vr game does the “real” world still exist? The truth is the virtual world you are in is the same substance as the real world just appearances generated by consciousness. This is why it doesn’t matter if we are in a simulation. It’s all a dream it’s all imagination. That’s the substance. So when you immerse into a vr game it is the same as immersing yourself into a vr game in a dream. The dream world is just that now, it’s not like the “reality” world of the dream is still there . That’s just concepts and imagination.
