Acceptance and/or surrender are one

One is inherent in the other and are not separate. In the full or complete acceptance of "what is", in the always 'here/now' moment,there's simultaneously the full or complete surrender, to "what is",  in this always here/now moment. Letting go,acceptance.surrender etc, are all synonymous. In the complete letting go,acceptance or surrender  to whatever is, in that moment,there is also the "dropping back", and/or, "return"  to the essential nature of our Being that is peace,love,joy. Also known as  "bliss".

Ultimate surrender is neither accepting nor rejecting. Which is of course only possible if no one does it. Luckily, that’s what is happening. What you seek is what’s already happening. But you can’t seek what’s already happening. There’s no you.
