Has anyone read, “The Social Singularity” by Max Borders?

I’m only 20 pages in. It just feels like I'm reading someone’s paper for school. I’m curious if anyone else already read it. What were your thoughts?  Did he provide any plausible solutions for future problems? Does he use Spiral Dynamics correctly?
