Go to the sauna

Do you ever go to the sauna?

I'm going right now. The one i go to is 85°C.

Feels great, very relaxing has many health benefits. Also great that i don't take a cell phone into the Wellness area.  So it's a really relaxing and quiet time.

Sauna is great. 

85 is hot af tho

I do the sauna - cold shower - sauna  cycles
sometimes Wim Hof breathing in the sauna, but you have to know yourself I dont advice.

I'm Russian - we have a so called "Banya" at home. It's something like a mix between a sauna and a steam bath. It's absolutely great?

i went to a russian banya a few times, it was fun, the russian guy was wearing a funny hat and then using these twigs or boughs or whatever they're called to splash water on people

damn now they closed the sauna again because of a small type covid "lockdown" 

so glad i went yesterday

I don't. Saunas put your body under extreme stress and kill your cells. Literally a death chamber.
