It Takes Courage!

Letting go of your past life can be truly hard and it takes a lot of courage. Today I felt pain because of this. Don't need details but even if you're doing the right thing for the long run it can be really painful during the journey. I know a lot of you have gone or going through this. 

I dedicate this thread to all of you.

I have noticed that time and again my life changing realizations have come at same moment of letting go of failed old beliefs.   To move forward we must abandon our failed false beliefs.

If Ones life is a mess its their beliefs that made it that way. Luckily our Will can control the ego and get us out of the mess we made.

I have been learning all kinds of information this last month with 50% of it similar to the video below.

Had to let go of plenty of old beliefs to soak up this stuff

In my experience, letting go of yourself can be hard, but nesseccary if you value growth; I think about it like this. 

Growth comes when you surrender to what is outside your comfort zone. You fully embody the new perspective that has entered our awareness to the point where it becomes our new zone of familiarity.

When you have been in a bubble for a long time naturally, you will want to break free. It will be boring. At that time, you know you are in for personal growth. 

Because:

"All growth happens when you leave the edge of your comfort zone".

Fear is only a reaction from your ego in order to stay in homeostasis.

You got to go to the point where no other opinion are important anymore, you will listen but you won't really care, because you will know that you're most certainly the only one who will have the balls to do what you got to do.

It is really scary, to know that no one can really understand you, and that no one will ever help you untill you get to the point that your cause is seen as valuable (or already done), but that's what growing as a human being is, it's supposed to be painful, pain shows you that you're on your way to greatness !
