Stress related to keeping a disciplined sleep schedule

7 posts in this topic

I am rally struggling keeping a consistent sleep schedule where I go to bed and wake up at the same time. Feels like climbing a mountain keeping to this. I really enjoy staying up all night but I would like to trade in these enjoyable moments for a schedule where I can build something deeper during the day. Feels bad man ._.

Anyone here ever fix their wonky sleep schedule?

Build a habit before you go to bed. For me, that's drinking night-time tea with some magnesium in it.

Set your alarm far from your bed so you'll have to get up to turn it off, this was by far the biggest aspect that helped me.

And most importantly you just have to stick to it.

Just do it.

Thanks. xD

I was the biggest night owl on the planet btw.

It was much easier to create a good sleep schedule than I had previously thought.

Just follow the basic steps and stick to it.

Any tips on what to do when waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back asleep?

Are there any reasons why you wake up?

Do you drink a lot of liquids before bed?

This may be stress related but it could also be if you do  lot of IF or keto diet and deprive your brain of essential glucose.
