In my experience, dreams are never random.

They always means something about how I feel and what I want/fear.

Yep thats what i meant about my sleeping issues when i first contacted you. Buzzing to the point that its hard to sleep.

And have you tried body exit techniques at this point?  Sorry I don't 100% remember if you've answered that before. Robert Bruce in Astral dynamics teaches tactile visualisation which is then used for body exits, like rope pulling, etc.

I havent yet lol just Taoist energy techniques as of now. I did start feeling super dissociated with my body when the buzzing started and im starting to remember now that there were milliseconds where the present moment sort of left the inbetween the eyes position and offsetted a bit forward to the left and to the right but i just palmed it off as weird phenomena. That could be related to this work analysing it deeper.

Maybe should just try astral techniques and see what happens.

Hey callers,

here is a good in depth video on various reality checks. I'm actually thinking about trying out a new one... which is writing a letter on my wrist and then checking it with each reminder. Now lets see... my reminder will be every time I hear the phone ring. (I own a busy salon).

@seeking_brilliance I had a lucid dream last night where I was at the point where you can see a faint environment behind your eyelids then I kinda felt it and realized I was dreaming and tried to stabilize the dream by licking the floor. It worked, but I quickly lost lucidity. And I was in a low state of consciousness the entire time. Any advice on how to turn this into a real lucid dream?

@AtheisticNonduality hmm licking the floor is a new one for me! perhaps not as effective as rubbing your hands together

Wow, when I close my eyes and am half asleep, I can hallucinate stuff now.

I could create objects in my hands, but when I tried to put them in front of my eyes, there was nothing.

At a moment I started seeing a bat, A BAT, on the ceiling.

When I sat up it was gone.

What's next ? Pulling roses out of my ass ? ???

@Shin  Long time ago as a Kid I woke up and the dream continued mixed with my bedroom Lol...

 

I was dreaming with my eyes open, it was nuts. I experienced that only once.

You are right Shin, I am not meditating as often as before. I'm going to change that! I try to be in meditative state the whole day, but most of the time I keep forgetting. I have to go back to the regular meditation sessions, everyday.

 

But... tonight I remembered my dream!!!

I remember a lot of it, I took note again. And it was super detailed, not lucid but super detailed and there was a kind of plot in it, a story about some jewels that disappeared and they belonged to some people and I hear them talking about it, they spoke in a different language but I understood most of what they said. It was like polish their language. It's weird because my last name is of polish origin, but my grand grandparents came from spain. I don't know, maybe some kind of connection there?

It was really detailed this dream.
